At least one co-author is expected to register by 20 April 2026 in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings and programme.

An author can be listed as a presenter for no more than two submissions, but can be listed as the co-author of multiple submissions.

Conference attendees who require a visa to travel to Portugal should apply for the visa in a timely manner. If you require a letter of invitation to apply for a visa, please send an email to gai@eeg.uminho.pt, once your paper is accepted.

ServCollab PhD Student Scholarship

Doctoral Students may apply to the ServCollab PhD Student Scholarship to present their research at a service research conference – the deadline is March 16, 2026. SERVSIG 2026 is one of the eligible conferences. Cancellation policy

All cancellations by 10 May 2026 will be subject to a cancellation administrative fee of 150€ (cancellation fees will also apply for those unable to attain the visa).

There will be no refunds for cancellations after 10 May 2026.
